Our wellbeing days are designed for teams of up to 20 people, running from 10am-4pm.  Each day is individually tailored to your group’s needs, with a mix of activities that support both individual wellbeing and team cohesion.

Choose from a combination of these options.

 

  • Bushcraft 

Learn traditional outdoor skills like fire-lighting, shelter building, and woodland awareness — excellent for boosting confidence, collaboration, and presence.

  • Yoga in Nature 

Gentle, grounding yoga sessions in the forest help reduce stress, ease tension, and support calm focus.

  • Foraging Walks 

Explore edible plants, ancient herbal traditions, and local ecological knowledge — a sensory, mindful way to connect with the land.

  • Wild Dipping & Cold Water Immersion 

Reinvigorate body and mind in our wild swimming lake. Cold water has powerful physical and psychological benefits, including enhanced resilience and energy.

  • Woodland Sauna 

Deeply relax in our handcrafted forest sauna, a unique way to support detoxification and shared downtime.

  • Whittling & Nature Art 

Unwind with tactile, creative sessions using natural materials and hand tools — ideal for mindfulness and slowing down.

  • Mindfulness in Nature

Using nature as a powerful inspiration to merge with the senses, get present and connected with our guided hammock meditations and fireside guided visualisations. 

Campfire Lunch Included
A nourishing, hearty meal cooked over the fire and shared around the flames — a time to connect, reflect, and enjoy quality food made with care.
