We want to make sure you're happy with your booking, but we understand that plans can change. Here’s what to do if you need to know if you need to cancel or change your booking:

1. If You Need to Cancel:

   • More than 30 days before the event: You’ll get a full refund (minus any small processing fees).

   • Between 15 and 30 days before the event: You’ll receive 50% of your fee back.

   • Less than 15 days before the event: Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund.

   • If You Don’t Show Up: If you don’t attend and haven’t let us know in advance, we won’t be able to offer a refund.

2. If We Have to Cancel the Event:

   • If we need to cancel the event for any reason (such as low numbers, or due to illness we’ll give you a full refund or the option to transfer to another event.

3. Transferring Your Booking:

   • If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to transfer your booking to a future event, as long as there’s availability and we can make the switch in time.

4. Force Majeure:

   • If the event is cancelled due to reasons beyond our control (like dangerous weather) we’re afraid we won’t be able to offer refunds. However, we’ll try to give you the option to reschedule or transfer to a future event.

5. Late Arrivals:

   • If you arrive after the event has started, we’ll try to accommodate you, but we can’t offer a refund for any time missed.
