Gower Wild Wellbeing
Connecting People with Nature
What Wild Wellbeing is All About
Gower Wild Wellbeing is about Nature Connection, on all levels. We work both practically and therapeutically in lots of different ways, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Our offerings range from holistic retreats and rites of passage ceremonies, to the provision of nature based therapeutic interventions for school aged children, college students and adults. We also offer practical environmental education and forest school.
We are passionate about accessibility and meeting people's needs wherever they are at that moment, and promoting mental, emotional and physical health through nature connection looks different for everyone. For college students it might be getting out into the forest and learning to coppice a hazel stand, while breathing deep the fresh air and using their hands to work with the wood they have cut down.
For toddlers this might mean singing songs of thanks to the trees for giving them the air they breathe. For some spiritual seekers on a retreat, it may mean inner development work; learning how to channel the voices of nature through meditative practice.
Everyone should have access to the health benefits of nature, and Gower Wild Wellbeing is here to provide opportunities for nature connection to everyone, no matter what their needs are or what stage of life they are in.
